'Our Altrincham' is the name of a voluntary group founded by Sarah Walmsley and run with the assistance of other local people. It is not a charity but will soon become a not-for-profit company, limited by guarantee.  Its' mission it to involve local people in the regeneration of Altrincham, to save vulnerable public services and to encourage a strong community spirit in the town.

The group is not party political, though involvement from politicians as local residents is always welcome.  

The group does not currently receive any formal funding and operates solely using donations from local businesses and members of the public.  Funding is desperately needed for the group's work to continue.
